Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The brightness is not getting changed when trying to change through the controls - Fn+F2,F3 or the control on task bar. Only the scale gets increased or decreased but brightness doesn't change. Have checked the settings but it doesn't help.
