Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0023dx
  • Hi I have some questions about my significant other's HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0023dx that seems to have a broken screen. We suspect it was broken from falling over or from being stepped on by accident. We hooked it up to another monitor and it work's fine. Just need to know how to go about fixing the screen? It is very disappointing because it is only a year and a half old and we are always very careful and considering to fix the screen ourselves somehow? Would please like know if there is anything hp can do? If the Hp community has had this experience? How you resolved it? Does anyone know how to do this? Would soo appreciate any advice, suggestions, Opinions? If anyone knows where to buy screen? Does hp do this replacement service? If hp can point me in the right direction? I don't know how to go about this or if hp would suggest how to replace screen and where to buy it. Hopefully we can purchase the right screen. We both don't know how this could have happened. We are really sure it's just the screen broken. I feel so bad for him, it is so disappointing because it is only a year and half old. He needs it for work. He just started working night shift as an aircraft mechanic and we just moved to a new state. On a tight budget because of this pandemic and his old job closing doors. He is so busy and wanted to try helping him anyway I can. Please would like to know if someone from hp and hp community would please contact me with any information about broken screens and how to get it repaired. Fix and buy screen please? How to get in touch with hp and specifics? (Tools) If anyone else has done this job themselves diy at home? Is it worth it? What are the risks? If hp would take a look at it ? Anyone whose had the experience? Anyone recommend what to do? If they resolved it? Any tips? If hp would please contact me? Please and thank you so much.
