The mouse and its USB dongle are paired at the factory.
The USB dongle(reciever transmitter) that the mouse was delivered with can't be ordered seperately.
You will need to replace the wireless mouse set with a new one.

Hello,
ups....its not good information. HP is not ECO !!! New mose if we lost/broken such small element, very poor....
Nevertheless mouse is supporting : HP Link-5 technology connects five HP-compatible devices through one nano receiver.
It’s true?
If yes how to proceed.

If you have an HP wireless mouse, the information I provided you for your issue is accurate.
If you want to be an activist and carry on about its ECO impact, this is not the place.
The HP community stated objective is for assisting members with issues.
If you still want to use a wireless mouse, then source a new one.
Otherwise purchase a wired USB mouse.
Next time be more careful with small devices.
