Product: HP ENVY 13-ay0000 x360 Convertible Laptop PC (8JN83AV)

I have seen that it is a common issue for the hinge of this computer to come out/have problems and damage the screen. The same thing happened to me; where the computer was not dropped or hit or anything but I noticed that the hinge on the right side slowly started coming out.

I have checked, and I recommend contacting phone support for repair options. They will validate the issue and proceed with the necessary services.
