Yesterday I opened my laptop and the screen popped out on the bottom right corner and two screws fell out. I noticed also that the right hinge was stuck and wasn't moving like the left one does. This laptop has not been misused in any way, and I can't see how an act of simply opening it could basically destroy it. A laptop has to be able to open and close without issue. Upon reading so many post from others on here that have experienced the exact same issue, this seems like a major design flaw and I expect HP should be doing something to help resolve it. That should not be a normal thing to happen when you just open or close the laptop. HP has hundreds of people experiencing this exact problem who need a solution.
