Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 15-cr0037wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop's hinge to convert the laptop to a tablet has broken and the screen popped out.  The screen pops back in, but the resistance in the hinge forces the screen to pop out every time.  It will no longer close all he way.  I need to understand how to have the laptop repaired under warranty as it is covered till July 2020.

The unit needs to be repaired.
