Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15t-eg000 CTO
My laptop screen recently broke so it is no longer able to display. I am trying to connect a new Asus external monitor but it does not recognize it, and I don't know why. It is also connected to a Dell external monitor for me to be able to see what I'm doing, and the Dell one works fine, but I need to set up the Asus one since it is portable and allows me to work while travelling. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Asus driver software, restarting my computer (5 times so far), and unplugging and replugging the monitor, but no matter what I do it does not show up as an available display. Please help!
