Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs080wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was trying to clean under my keys and I didn't put the num lock key on properly and part of the retainer clip broke off and no it won't stay on. I need to know if there is a way i can replace the retainer. What series of key does this product have?

Since this is a Hardware issue I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
