Product: HP Envy 17-ce0xxx laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Envy laptop - 4 months old.  The webcam is not recognized - nothing showing in Device Manager, and all video buttons are grayed out.

HP doesn't have a specific driver update for a webcam for this model laptop.

How do I get this webcam working again please?
