HELLO TEAM,
I'VE SPENT TWO AND HALF HOURS TO CONSULT WITH WHATSAPP, THE STAFF'S FINAL WORDS SHE LEFT WITH IS " AFTER YOU BACKUP YOUR DATA, WE WILL PERFORM THE POWER WASH" AND LEFT ME BEHIND WITHOUT ANSWERING ANY QUESTION. IT'S QUITE A TOUGH AND TIME-CONSUMING PROCESS FOR ME TO WORK SUCH A LONG WHILE AND TRIED TO HELP MY DAUGHTER'S CHROMEBOOK AS SHE RELIES ON IT AT SCHOOL.
ZOYA STARTED COMMUNICATIONS WITH ME FROM 15:21 (SYDNEY LOCAL TIME) COMPLETELY DOESN'T RESPONSE ANY QUERY FROM 18:23 TODAY ON 8TH JULY 2022. WHO CAN HELP ME OUT AND ANY PHONE CALL BE REACHED FOR SUPPORTS? IT'S A PAINFUL EXPERIENCE TO LET ME REPEAT ISSUES WITH THE CHROMEBOOK THAT IS STILL WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD ( SERIAL NUMBER: [Personal Information Removed]). OUTLINED AT BELOW FOR YOUR INFO AND QUICK HELP. ZOYA DOESN'T ANSWER WHERE THE SERVICE CENTRE IS IN NSW SO I HAVE NO TELEPHONE TO CONSULT AND NO WHERE TO FIND SUPPORTS.
KEYBOARD ISSUE: G, H, BACKSPACE, ", ' , DON'T WORK AT ALL. VOLUME, BRIGHTNESS AND ESC KEYS ETC. HAVE ISSUE, THEY DON'T RESPONSE AFTER BEING CLICKED.
KEYBOARD: HAS NO F2 OR ELSE F KEYS, ZOYA SAID IT MUST BE REPLACED.
SCREEN FREEZES: WHILE PLAYING WITH GAME MINECRAFT AND WORKING ON GOOGLE SLIDE THIS ISSUE HAPPENED, NOT SURE IF THERE IS OTHER ISSUE AS MY DAUGHTER IS 8 YEARS OLD JUST STARTED USING THIS FROM THE LAST TERM.
CURSOR UNSTABLE: NOWHERE TO FIND WHERE DOES THE CURSOR IS, AFTER RESTARTING, THIS ISSUE GONE, BUT REASON AND WHETHER THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED UNKNOWN YET.
SCREEN FLASHING: THIS ISSUE JUST HAPPENED TODAY AND I SENT A SHORT VIDEO TO ZOYA. AFTER RESTARTING THIS ISSUE GONE, BUT REASON AND WHETHER THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED UNKNOWN YET.
