HI,

My HP True Vision HD Camera is unable to show me during my Zoom meetings. I keep getting a message that "your camera is reporting that it is blocked or turned off by a switch or button on your device. Please unblock it or turn the switch on to use it".

I've tried everything, please help!

Please, if you try to connect through another video conferencing application such as: Teams, Webex, etc.

Does it bring the same error?

This can often be the video being out of date.
