To resolve the issue with your HP 14s-Dq5xxx camera not working on Windows 11, you can follow these steps:
1. Update the Camera Driver
Open Device Manager:
- Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
Find the Camera:
- Expand the "Imaging Devices" section to find your camera.
Update the Driver:
- Right-click on the camera device and select Update driver.
- Choose Search automatically for updated driver software and let Windows search for the latest driver.
2. Download the Driver from HP's Website
Visit the HP Support Website:
- Go to HP Support and enter your laptop model (HP 14s-Dq5xxx) in the search box.
Select Drivers & Downloads:
- Choose your operating system (Windows 11, 64-bit) and find the camera driver under the "Driver-Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices" section.
Download and Install:
- Download the driver and follow the installation instructions.
3. Check Camera Privacy Settings
Open Privacy Settings:
