Product: HP Envy 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to download new drivers but the only device in imaging within the device manager is my printer.  The computer is about a year old, and I never tried to use the camera.  When in settings says there is a camera and it is set to be on, but when I try to find it in devices says not there and is not working using apps.

I understand that you are unable to use the camera.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

Please provide the correct product number.

 

In the meantime, please perform the steps and check.

 

On some of the laptops have the camera privacy switch. Please turn off the privacy switch and check.
