I have a HP Spectre Convertible, core I7 -8550OU CPU 1.80GHz, 16 gb of memory with windows 10, 64 bit OS. The problems is when I open the windows 10 camera app it shows a black screen. When you do a test picture or video is works fine although the screen is still black. You can see the the picture and video in the area at the bottom so the camera works. I have tested called in Teams and that worked also. I ran an HP dx for windows 10 and the camera passed the tests. I have also removed the camera from the device manager added it back again and updated the drivers. I ran a script and removed the camera app added it back again from the windows store and still same issue with you open the app, you get a black screen. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
