Product: spectra x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New out of the box and the camera is 'grainy'  I have done every tech support tip from driver update, bios update, uninstall/re install,  Nothing seems to fix it.

Just have to ask, you are using it with enough light, correct? Low light will give a grainy effect.

Beyond that, If the cam is blurry and considering the fixes you've already tried, I would contact HP Support for a warranty issue.
