The installed web camera does not initialize and neither does the USB camera. the only app that either camera works in is Zoom. I have followed all of the instructions including uninstalling and reinstalling the hp camera itself but it still does not work. I have looked for updated drivers, but there are none. I have tried using different apps still doesn't work well except for Zoom. when I look in the device manager for imaging devices there is no option for that. when I open the apps they say can not initialize.. or something to that effect.

I see that you are facing camera issues.
Please update the camera drivers if available using HP Support Assistant. Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
