Hi there, 

 

My laptop is HP Spectre x360 - 15-bl112dx. I tried many different ways online to set up a camera driver for my laptop, but the laptop didn't detect my camera. I don't see a camera shutter button on my laptop either. Can you help me to solve my issue? The laptop can see my camera if the laptop OS is Windows 8. If you already have an instruction link for solving my issue, please share it with me.

I see that you are facing webcam-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

May I know what happens when you try to open the Camer Application?

 

Could you try updating divers and let me know? Here is a link that will help: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3152513-2896757-16
