HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D6AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I am currently HP Envy x360 13 2 in 1 laptop. The camera is not working (HP said it's hardware issue, doesn't work in both diagnostic and Windows). My touch screen (HID Compliant Touch Screen drivers is gone) Touch screen works in diagnostics but not in Windows.

Any suggestions and solutions?

There are two touchpad drivers listed here.

Try the Synaptics one dated 2024 else the one dated 2022

HP releases newer UEFI diagnostics periodically.
When you select F2 during boot you are requesting UEFI diagnostics.
There is an updated diagnostics package Click Here
Look for the phrase 'issues outside the OS',
Expand the'+'symbol and click the DOWNLOAD button.
The version of the UEFI diagnostics is shown at the left of that DOWNLOAD button.
When you press F2 to run diagnostics please ensure the version is the new one.

See if the camera works.  Ensure that camera iris is not blocked or switched off due to a privacy setting.
