Camera not working on Chromebook 14 even after powerwash

My camera is not working.  I have read all the suggestions and tried everything, including powerwashing.  Any idea what to do next?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the webcam is not working on your computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.

1. Turn off your Chromebook, then turn it back on.
2. Try using the camera in another app, like Hangouts. If it works in that app, uninstall the app where it doesn't work, then reinstall it.

If you continue facing the issue, then go to this website to see if the camera is recognized. That test will determine if this is an app issue, or something else.
