Hi,
I purchased a HP spectre x 360 about 6 months ago. Recently, when I've tried to use the camera on Zoom or on the camera app, it only displays a black screen. The operating system seems to recognize the camera and I've re-installed the driver several times. While in use, the webcam light is on and facial recognition also still works. There is just no camera display - just a black screen. There is no error message. How can I troubleshoot this?
