HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-dr1xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So this laptop has a built-in webcam (Camera HP Wide Vision HD). From what the salesman told me from Best Buy (I think), it's a pretty basic webcam which lacks an 360 degree or oscillating functions (because it can't mechanically or physically do so). So basically the camera can't move left, right, up or down (unless I physically lift the laptop and move it around to show other portions of a room, etc.). I am just wondering if it would ever be possible for some program/application/3rd party/hacker to ever make possible for this camera to turn left, right, up, or down (despite physically/mechanically lacking the ability to do so). (I have private documents on the table sometimes, and I wouldn't want a certain program or individual to see them out by moving the camera down so the table is seen).

Laptop cameras are not motorized hence 360 rotation won't be possible. However, you can use external camera which can offer 360 motion.
