HP Pavilion 15-br000 x360 Convertible PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was wondering if I was able to connect my PS4 to my Pavilion x360 so I could use it as screen and play there. I see the HDMI port, but my brother told me he wasn't so sure if it was possible. it has a Windows 10 64 bit operating system if it helps in anything.

Hi,

No, both HDMI ports (from x360 and from PS4) are out ports. Connecting 2 OUT ports together won't give you anything but may be troubles.
