Hello, I recently purchased HP 450 G9 laptop. It came with a 1366 x 768 display with a Non-backlit keyboard. Is there a possibility that I can replace my current Display with a full HD 1920 x 1080 one, along with a full back lit keyboard? And can i get it replaced by HP?

Hi,
Yes it would be possible to replace the HD display to a FHD by replacing the panel.
pages 63 to 66 of service manual
https://kaas.hpcloud.hp.com/pdf-public/pdf_5807830_en-US-1.pdf
You can also see on pages 70-71 it is possible to replace the top cover keyboard with a backlit one. It means disassembling the whole computer.
It probably will also not be easy to find the specific parts. You can try online with part numbers.
I do not believe would do this for you.
Hope it helps,
David
