My display is 720p, and I want to have a 1080p monitor and use the laptop display as a secondary display. Will my laptop's components support a 1080p Monitor at 60 fps?

According to the specs for your notebook's graphics it will support a 1080p external monitor and even a 4K monitor at 60 FPS.
