Can my old HP Spectre x360 work with HP Pen 905512-001

Can I use the HP Pen 905512-001 on my old HP Spectre x360 (product number :  N5R99UAR#ABA)?

If so, is there any setup process that I should do?

@wheelzie I'm afraid this device does not support active stylus or the HP Pen, instead I suggest a passive stylus (also known as capacitive stylus) functions the same as your finger on the screen. Passive styluses do not require batteries, and they work on any touch screen device.
