HP ENVY Laptop - 15-ep0035cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't change the brightness on the computer. Nightlight settings don't work.

I've tried:

Updating the display drivers

Going into 'advanced power plan settings' and clicking 'display'. Brightness isn't even an OPTION there.

Reinstalling the display drivers

Hard restart

Reinstalling Windows 10

What do I do? This is a relatively new laptop and I didn't notice this was a problem until I wanted to play a video game on it and realized I couldn't adjust the brightness at all.
