Hello,
I just bought this laptop, and I'm trying to connect to a widescreen LG monitor (34UC87M-B)
I've tried to connect with a Display port to Display port cable on both ends, but without succes. "No Signal Received" is the message I get.
I've tried to grab the latest driver for the onboard Intel HD 620 Graphics but without success.
How can I solve this?
Best,
Richard

Have you tried
1) Using the LD Display's menu to select the DisplayPort as the input or ensuring it is set to auto?
2) Used the Windows key + P key to invoke presentation mode and selected Duplicate?
or considered usng a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter and connecting an HDMI cable between the notebook and the LG Display's HDMI port?
The HDMI solution is the simplest.
Here is the manual for the display. See pages 15-17 for the connections and pages 21-30 for the settings. Settings is where the DisplayPort 1.2 has to be enabled. That could be the root of your problem. Do you have a DisplayPort 1.2 cable? .

Thank you for the quick help!
Point 1 - yes, it's selected as input
Point 2 - yes, I've invoked the presentation mode and experimented with Duplicate and Extend.
At the moment I do not have a Displayport to HDMI adapter, I'll get my hands on one of those and I'll give it a try.
Thanks again for suggestions.
