help me(

good evening, according to the stated specifications, my laptop should show a 144Hz image, but in the windows (activated) settings I can only select 60 or 40Hz. Omen Gaming Hub is set to performance mode, I have all the latest drivers, including BIOS. I tried using the Custom Resolution Utility to set the resolution to 144 Hz, but it didn’t help.

Hi @knoife

You should indicate the SKU that has this form ASDFG#ABC, to verify if your model has a 144 Hz display, then remember that you can only activate the 144 hz with a resolution (1920 × 1080),
