I have this HP laptop and i'm trying to connect to dual external monitors. I've tried two different HP Docking stations (USB-C Gen 5) and a HP thunderbolt G2. I've connected them via USB-C, HDMI and in either case the laptop does not recognize the external monitors. Any ideas?

I can not find its specs but is has same PORTs as the following machine

           https://support.hp.com/hr-en/document/c06982973

It ONLY has 1 hopeless SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine,
  • Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter (some hubs may have builtin chip to support this)

If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (total 3), you can use

  • Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
  • Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                     USB to HDMI Adapter

Option: You can use UAB-A dock such as    https://www.amazon.com.au/HP-3005PR-USB-Port-Replicator/dp/B008KMDVPQ

Regards.
