Hello Everyone,

I've received my new laptop with intel UHD and I've tried a lot of drivers and ways to update my resolution to a higher tier with no luck. Can I receive your support, please

I suspect that the resolution that is in question is on the display attached to the laptop.

If you look at the spec, there are models in that line that do not support a resolution higher than the 1366 x 768 in question.  That would be limited by the nature of the attached display.  However, when it is attached to an external monitor or display that is capable of 1920 x 1080, it should still be able to achieve that on the external display.

When looking at the "System" settings and pick "Display" - that screen should show what the attached display capabilities are by the recommended Display resolution.

Thanks for your reply, but my friend has the same device with the same specs and he can choose that resolution already.

Post a screen shoot of that info
My one laptop has the same display as what is stated in your initial posting.  Looking at the System panel with the display info, the recommended setting is "1366 x 768" and it will not go higher.  There are numerous choices below that setting, however.
I think that is the situation for you, also.
