I have been trying to return my HP MPP 2.0 Tilt pen for weeks, but I have been met with nothing but errors and frustration. Any time I try to contact a HP support assistant, the online form requests a serial number. I have the serial number printed on the back of the box - which I know to be correct, as 'S/N' is written right next to it. When I type this into HP support's website, however, I get an error saying that I must 'enter a valid serial number', and it does not let me proceed. Furthermore, even on HP phone numbers, when I try to contact an agent directly, the automated system says it will 'send a text message with a link' - I have been waiting days for this to arrive, and have double checked the phone number it is sending to is correct, but still have received no response. This is truly unacceptable service, and I would appreciate a resolution as soon as is possible.

The private message reads as if you did not even read my post. I cannot contact the technical support, because to follow the steps you have given and find the phone number, the serial number must be entered; this aspect not functioning correctly is the whole point of the post.
