The touchpad constantly is zooming large. I would like to disable it but there is no option within settings to adjust Pinch and Zoom. The only option under Touchpad is touchpad sensitivity, no other options.
Any way to disable Pinch and Zoom?
Thanks

@jim2020 I have a few steps to help resolve the issue:
Method 1:
Click Start > Settings > Devices > Touch-pad
Scroll down then un-check 'Pinch to Zoom'.
Method 2:
Press Windows key + R > Type: control > Hit Enter
Open Mouse Properties and navigate to the far right tab where your touchpad driver is listed,Under where the device is listed there are buttons: Enable Device, Stop Device, Options. Or yours may say "Advanced Settings" instead of Options. Open Options/Settings.
Find the Multi-Finger tab and location the Zooming option. Check the Disable button (or slow zoom rate if you prefer).
Click Apply
Method 3:
If the above didn't work, press windows + X > select device manager > uninstall everything under touchpad/mouse and restart the device, then retry the above steps.

Hi thank you for assistance. Here are my replies to the methods:
1) Method 1: there is no pinch option, only Touchpad sensitivitiy. I've tried those settings but no difference, it zooms automatically constantly
2) Method 2: Not exactly the way you describe to get to Touchpad, but when there (ELAN Clickpad) there are no options for Pinch and Zoom
3) I am not going to uninstall, but I did upgrade to the lastest verssion of Windows and downloaded and installed the ELAN driver but after all that exact same situation.
Googling appears this is a problem for others also. There is no Pinch and Zoom option anywhere, which makes this new HP laptop unusable. Will have to return unfortuately, as other than that it was good laptop.
