What you have there is a very old monitor that only has drivers for XP and Vista.
See if this works:
I have zipped up and attached the Vista 64-bit driver for your monitor, below.
Download and unzip the file to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager.
Click to expand the Monitors device manager category.
Click on the generic monitor which is the one you need the driver for.
The notebook monitor will also be listed, so make sure you select the right device.
Click on the driver tab.
Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
