Product: HP Envy x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-ac0000 (8Z1Z8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Unable to gret camera to turn on. Says it is blocked or turned off. Lens is not blocked and am unaware of ever turning it off as I do not know how to. Have trtied updating, checking privacy settings and all are correct. Appreciate any input on how to get it back on! Thanks!
