I have recently received a new HP Envy 360 laptop.
I have tried to connect it to two TVs in the house.
- LG Smart TV, that supports Miracast, that I have successfully connected other devices to in the past.
- When trying to connect both the laptop and the TV respond to the attempt to connect, but I then get a message on both saying they failed to connect.
- An Amazon FireTV., again I have successfully connected other devices to this screen
- Again they both recognise the attempt to connect. However, at the point the connection looks to be completed, the Laptop then goes to a BSOD.
GIven the issue occurs on two TVs I assume it is an issue Laptop end but have found no guidance on line that provides the answer.
Can anyone help?

@mw123jj Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you would like to share the laptop screen on a TV.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
