Hi, I just got a new laptop and am having issues with not being able to move my cursor whilst holding down a key. I've looked up tutorials online to fix this, almost all of them said to go to the Device Settings in Mouse Properties and turn off palmcheck, but I don't have a Device Settings tab in my Mouse Properties window. (image included below)

The only other thing I could find was this tutorial saying you could also disable it directly through the registry. I tried that as well but it didn't work either. I've also tried to update the touchpad drivers through Device Manager, but it says they are the most up-to-date drivers I have and I couldn't find any online. I've never looked for drivers before though so maybe I was just looking in the wrong places?

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
