Notebook HP Pavilion g7-1150us

My laptop does not turn on the black screen when I connected the monitor via hdmi also did not work on the keyboard flashing white LEDs on caps lock and num lock flash in long intervals indefinitely

Is there a pattern to the blinking?

It just blinks all the time. No pattern

Did you try the hard reset?

 

 

  • Turn on the computer by holding the power button down for 20 full seconds then release.
  • Press the Power button one more time (if necessary) to start the computer.
  • Tap the ESC key about once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash.
  • Press F2 to run diagnostics: (v) 2.6 or later is recommended.

How did this happen?

  • Power surge?
  • Add memory or install new device?
  • BIOS update that went wrong?
  • Windows update that failed?
