Product: HP Pavilion x360 15 Convertible PC 15-er1000 (4R5X0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

It is been more than week nobody contacted me yet and they closed my first case without my poermission now i am that much frustrated that i am thinking to burn my laptop in my university and upload a video to all the university group and also all my joined facebook group that i am burning my laptop because of  worst customer service of laptop.

so it is my request do not test customer that much that the can do things like this.
