At first I have to press those keys very hard for several times to get them respond, and now they are not responding at all.
I've tried using the system diagnostic and reinstall the keyboard from the device manager, while neither works.
Other keys are working just fine.

Hi @YFN
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I see that you are having issues with your keyboard. Do not worry, I am here to help you with it.
May I know if an external keyboard works fine on your system?
Did you try using On-Screen Keyboard? If yes, may I know the outcome of it?
Also, could you test your keyboard using an HP Support Assistance application? Here is a link that will help: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3152513-2896757-16
Please update drivers on your system using the link here.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi:
I don't have access to an external keyboard, I tried the on-screen keyboard and it works fine.
I also tried the system diagnostic tool to do a keyboard test, it shows the same issue while doesn't help solving it, a screenshot is attached.
I reckon it would be some hardware problem instead of software, may have to head to one of your local service centre to get repaired. Should only cost a small amount of time and money to get it fixed?
