HP Recommended

This Chromebase always restarts itself or shuts down when it gets overloaded. I could tell it was getting overtaxed (mouse was getting laggy/jumpy), so I selected restart. Screen went black but it didn't restart. Tried restarting it several times. Unplugged it and then plugged it back in and tried restarting it. Tried holding down the power button for a long time. Nothing's working.
