HP Chromebase 21.5 inch All-in-One Desktop (2S9W1AV)
Chrome OS

Used to be able to touch corner of screen to launch chrome. It doesn't do anything now and the chrome button on keyboard doesn't work as the Bluetooth isn't connected when computer is sleeping.

I haven't cleaned it, last time I used it I was asked to update Chrome. Clicked on yes like I always have and it hasn't worked since. The power light is on.  I've unplugged it and tried reserting it and the screen won't come on. Its only a year old.

Hi @RhondaH13

Please check if you can enter the BIOS menu by following the below steps

2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.

3) Press F2 once.

If you can,

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

This isn't a chromebook its a chromebase with a tough screen and a Bluetooth keyboard. There is no F2 on the keyboard and as far as I know it isn't even connected because the computer acts like its asleep.
