Hi,

 

we have had this problem a few times before...

 

we have around 50 chromebooks around, every once in a while some people occur a problem with touchscreen touching the same spot over an over, when we unplug the mouse it stops, when we plug a different mouse back in the touchscreen spot changes and so on. what can i do about this except keep replacing mouses... we have had this with multiple type of mouses,

 

we use the HP Chromebook x360 14c-cc0750nd
