HP Recommended

I now have two Chromebooks right now that are glitching. When I open a window (settings or downloads or just time window) it will close itself after 1-2-3 seconds. I can't open any apps because the windows where I can see all my apps closes as well. 

 I tried everything from hard reset, to power wash, to reset chrome settings, changing to guest, anything I can find on the internet.

Fist there was only the 1 Chromebook which had troubles, no a second one is doing the same. Is there anyone who also had this problem?
