Product: HP pavillon notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had always had issue to used screen mirroring from my PC to share my PC screen to my Samsung TV.  As  my wife PC ( which is cheap PC compare to mine ) it was working all right,  I though that HP was not compatible with samsung tv. I bought then a chromecast and here again it say device not found  when I tried casting from chrome. I have contacted chrome  online help service  agents in order to find some help. As Chromecast is working with all other devices I tried then to be in touch through an online agent. The difference is HP not as google only offer virtual agents.

So now that I finish my rant here is my two questions.

1) How can i used chormecast on hp pavillon 15 ?

2) Who can I contact in HP for help?

Depending on your wifi card, your machine may NOT be able to use Mira cast BUT it should be able to use Chrome-cast given your machine and Chrome cast are on a SAME network. Please try following steps:
