HP-15AC026TX
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

Got brand new HP-15-AC026TX laptop, formatted it and installed Win 7 - 64bit Enterprise version. Downloaded all 64 bit drivers from the HP support site and installed all drivers. But for some reason, the AMD Radeon M330 graphics driver always is showing YELLOW EXCLAMATION when seen in device manager.

*AMD Radeon R5 M330 Ids
[DRIVERS INSTALLED BUT DEVICE STATUS SHOWS THIS- Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)]

PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6660&SUBSYS_80C2103C&REV_83
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6660&SUBSYS_80C2103C
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6660&CC_038000
PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6660&CC_0380

The version of graphics driver being installed is "sp71254.exe" - 64 bit version.

Kindly advise.

Thanks

Intel drivers for windows 7 64-bit on hp site are wrong and will not install. Uninstall all you video drivers (amd/intel) and install these intel drivers FIRST, then the amd ones:

Hello ! THANK YOU VERY MUCH ! THAT IS THE REAL SOLUTION !

I also have an AMD Radeon m330 graphics for Win 7 64 bit OS but this time on a HP Notebook - 15-ac110nh(P5Q28EA) and for last 4 weeks I have problems installing the graphic card. So, as a naive guy, I also tried the HP SUPPORT help. Real waste of time !!!!!!!! They told me to do exactly whath every rookie should know, to install their drivers or to install some soft to detect the real one. I also called to HP "specialists" in my country and for 3 days I receive the exactly same dumb sollutions !  Do you know what was their last sollution ???? incredible but they told me to call Microsoft to help me !!!!

Thank God that we can find other real specialists wich are not working inside HP !!!!!!!!!!!!!

THANK YOU AGAIN !!!!!!

Have a good day !
