El color rojo (codigo correcto segun programas de diseño) no tiene el tono correcto. Es muy palido, tirando a "ladrillo". Calibrate Color Display no lo ha solucionado (o yo no se como hacerlo). Agradecere ideas/soluciones.

Thanks MarcusC for the heads up. Here is the situation written in English.
I've just bought an HP laptop. Red color is not the right shade, even when it informs the right codification palette color, its hue is more like "brick" than red itself. I have already run the Color Calibration with not good result.
Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hi @MJB_mjb,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing a display-related issue with your HP Notebook PC. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist better:
- Was there any recent update on the PC?
- Have you tried connecting it to an external monitor?
- Does the issue persist in BIOS?
- Are all the drivers on HP Support Assistant up to date?
- If not please follow the document to update the drivers: HP PCs - How to Download, Install, and Use HP Support Assistant (Windows)
While you respond to that please try the below steps:
- Right-click on your main screen of the notebook >Graphics Properties> select "Intel Graphics Properties" > Display > Under Select Display >> your second display > Click on Color > Advanced
- See if you can adjust the color to your satisfaction.
- Try resetting the color settings using the following steps:
Right-click on the desktop
Choose Graphics Properties (or choose Graphics Options), and then Graphics Properties...
Click on the Color Correction button (or click on the Color tab).
Click Restore defaults.
Check for a button or menu item on the monitor for adjusting the color balance.
Update the BIOS & Video card drivers to resolve this issue
- Here's the link to download and install the above updates: Click here
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
