I'm wondering if there is a docking station for my laptop that will support two monitors.   HP  15-cs3073cl

It USB-C port is hopeless. There is no TRUE compatible dock for your machine. If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only), you can use

  • Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
  • Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                     USB to HDMI Adapter

 

Some port replicates allow you to connect 2 external monitors (total 3) such as

 I am actually using a cheap one on eBay (for $A70) with 2 external monitors an few other ports for LAN, USB ...)
