Is there a compatible pen for HP 14-dq0xxx on Windows 10/11? I did spend about 3 hrs. on the phone directly with HP customer service, sales and tech support, but they didn’t have any pen that would work with the HP 14-dq0xxx. I had to return the rechargeable pen.

Short answer
Sorry, No active stylus / pen for this machine.
Details
I would guess the Store and Tech Support made a thorough check based on your particular model of computer.
A search did not reveal any different results.
Example
There are several models in the search results for this "general description"
Results for "HP 14-dq0000" (17)
This list, of course, does not include specific models within the series categories.
Selecting one machine as an example
HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC (56Z60AV)
First check = service manual:
No pens found as compatible with the series.
Another (not public check) did not find any compatible pens for this series nor for any of the specific models found in the list.
I think you are "out of luck".

If you wish to do so,
If your computer has a touchscreen,
If an active stylus is not an option on your machine,
Consider a Passive Stylus / Pen
This is not the same thing as an active stylus, of course.
Passive pen works like your finger on the touchscreen.

Thank you, and yes, customer services, sales, and tech support did a great job. You have provided me with very valuable information and I thank you again for explaining the difference between a passive and active stylus. 🙂
