HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0045au
Microsoft Windows 11

Product: HP ENVY x360 13-ay0045AU

Subject: Complaint of Broken up of HP NOTEBOOK Envy x360 Hinges and Screen.
It gets loosening while lifting the lid up which in result breaks the screen.

Hi, My name is Gaurav Sharma and I am an Educationalist from India.

I have been a tech savvy from very beginner of my career and have been using HP laptops for more than 15 years and I used to recommend strongly to my students, friends and relatives.

Earlier I had a HP 15 Pavillon which was broke down due to poor hinges and now I am using HP Envy 360 and its screen was also damaged due to the same reason of poor hinges. I complaint regarding this matter to customer support many times but nothing happens in revert, they just replied to replace the screen by paying a huge amount.

Unfortunately either HP did not bother the loyalty of customers like me or it is just to break the trust over the company.

I wish somebody will see this message and fix my problem.

My both laptops are very well cared with no physical damage at all and out of warranty.

Thanks & Regards,

Gaurav Sharma
