Hello friends, my laptop suddenly stops while playing games. This has happened many times and I don't know why. Do you think this problem can be solved or do I have to replace the laptop altogether?😞

If the hardware is working fine.
Please install all the pending updates for the Windows operating system following the below steps.

Unfortunately your solution didn't work for me. In the system bios, I did not find the options you mentioned, such as "system test" or "extended test", but I tested the parts individually and it was healthy. I updated the drivers but the problem still persists.😞
